Green Tea Goodness

This creamy, and refreshing smoothie is sweet and makes the perfect wake-me-up mid-afternoon snack! The ingredients are simple, and it only takes a few minutes to make. This recipe can be made with or without the protein powder.

I fell in love with The Republic of Tea’s UMatcha Ginger Green tea! This tea is incredibly smooth, and can be enjoyed hot, cold, or in a smoothie. The rich green powder comes in a sealed pouch inside a neat little metal canister. A recipe booklet is also included, and contains plenty of fun and easy recipes to try! You can order the tea online or at Whole Foods.
